As a part of our Sommelier Series for Marketing & Event professionals, this NYC event celebrated the best of fall wines while exploring the match-made-in-heaven wine & chocolate pairing. Our new partnership with Vosges Haut-Chocolat made for the perfect setting with delicious interactions.
With fall, wine, and chocolate in mind, we created an interactive night that included a truffle rolling station, a wine & chocolate pairing station, and a wine tasting of some of our favorite bottles from our fall seasonal cellar. Our in-house team of sommeliers tasted dozens of artisan crafted truffles and tested pairings with a selection from our current collection about a month before the event and decided on a special selection of pairings to thrill our guests.
The Vosges Haut-Chocolat boutique was the ideal setting for our intimate, exclusive event. Guests were greeted by the scent of decadent chocolates and the sight of several unique wines, all waiting to be sampled. Guests tried their hand at rolling their own truffles with a variety of exotic spices, sampled purposefully paired wines & truffles, and tasted from several of our fall seasonal cellar wines. Guest left feeling indulged and inspired for fall entertaining.
