If you have a big appetite like I do or enjoy family style dining, Chenin Blanc is a great option for a diverse array of dishes. I did indeed eat all of those items with this wine! Each dish and the wine tasted even better when enjoyed together. Foxen is one of the best producers of Chenin Blanc in California and offers a bargain for a single vineyard representation of this fabulous grape. The vineyard was planted in 1966 and resides in the Santa Maria Valley AVA - a beautiful part of Santa Barbara's exciting wine region.
