A. Full time at Miminashi  Restaurant as a Sommelier and serving tables. And part time as a Wine Consultant at Lede Family Wines

Q.  What brought you to the wine industry?

A. My passion and joy for wine which never stops surprising me of how diverse it is

Q.  What is the best piece of advice you have received that you would like to share?

A. Follow your passion and you will never “have to work”!

Q.  What are you tasting?

A. Sake!!! So much to learn especially with Japanese food it awakes my curiosity

Q.  What inspires you?

A.  My wife and my family always encouraging me to be a better person

Q.  What’s your guilty pleasure?

A.  I have a few but Tequila will be considered on the top of the list. Salud
